Simon is known for turning complex problems into coherent systems, integrating IT infrastructure, compliance, and message architecture to drive measurable performance.
He previously founded and led Allegravita Public Relations and Strategic Communications (U.S./China), serving as creative director across PR, brand, and digital for 300+ clients (Fortune 500s, governments, growth-stage companies).

Louis McNamara, Network Systems Lead
Louis McNamara is the firm’s Network Systems Lead, specializing in campus-wide LANs, systems integration, and cybersecurity infrastructure for SMEs. A graduate of PACE University with a B.S. in Information Technology, Louis initially worked freelance, quickly realizing that smaller companies were dangerously underserved in regard to data protection. He joined the firm three years ago to lead their SME division, driven by a genuine (if sometimes cynical) desire to stop clients from clicking obvious phishing links.
He currently resides in Astoria, Queens, where he champions the superiority of local Greek cuisine. Louis is known around the (virtual) office for his intense hatred of weak passwords, and his ability to explain complex zero-day exploits in layman’s terms.

Ness Hillside, Compliance and Governance Lead
Ness Hillside is the iron backbone of the firm’s legal and strategic operations. An Atlanta native who brought her southern charm and uncompromising standards north, she now operates out of Dover, Delaware, strategically positioned at the heart of American corporate incorporation.
Ness is far more than just a rule-checker; she is a master strategist for both burgeoning tech companies and complex nonprofits. Her expertise spans the crucial, albeit dry, world of corporate compliance and board advisory strategies, but she shines equally in high-stakes donor outreach and long-term corporate planning. In the office, Ness is known for her impeccably tailored wardrobe, her ability to translate dense Delaware General Corporation Law into actionable strategy, and a “bless your heart” that can stop a rogue CEO dead in their tracks.

Lucy Xie, Digital Marketing and Communications Lead
Lucy Xie is the creative force behind the company’s visual identity, client user interfaces and digital comms. Operating out of Bushwick, Brooklyn, she balances high-level aesthetic theory with a clean, corporate-smart pragmatism.
A graduate of the Pratt Institute, Lucy quickly made a name for herself by turning sterile tech-stack diagrams into compelling visual narratives. Her style often belies the clean, accessible, and surprisingly cheerful designs she produces for clients. When not deep in Affinity files, Lucy is an avid home chef known for her fiercely complex vegan cuisine, often cooked while binging obscure mecha anime. She is the only person on staff who can bully Louis into actually updating his avatar.
